WSWA is dedicated to providing our members with valuable resources that help them to be more competitive in the ever-changing, dynamic alcohol marketplace.
One of the greatest assets and challenges of any company is in identifying and retaining a highly talented and diverse workforce. We are working with the WSWA Talent Development and Diversity Council – a group comprised of leaders, HR, and other diversity professionals across wholesaler member organizations – to identify talent challenges, create resources, and advocate for the value of diversity and inclusion.
The goal of the WSWA Talent Resource Center is to provide all of our members with an aggregate of resources, articles, and other practical information related to talent acquisition, development, and retention as well as diversity, equity and inclusion. WSWA services more than 350 member companies with different talent challenges and levels of resources in-house to focus on talent. Below you’ll find links to articles, podcasts, webinars on relevant HR and talent-related topics, links to common HR-related forms, and some sample tools and toolkits.
